International Shipping Policy
 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 -2 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we’ll contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
For Canadian orders, shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 USD plus tax for USPS First Class. Estimated delivery time is 15-20 days.

The other option is UPS Standard for a flat rate of $20.00. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 days.

For the rest of the world, shipping is flat rate of $20.00 USD plus tax. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For international orders, delivery can take 7 to 10 days depending on your shipping location.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
SmartKlean.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
